We record page views anonymously through Google Analytics. This site provides email addresses and request forms you can use to contact us, which will transmit PII/PD to the Firm. Your use of those features will be understood to indicate your consent to the collection and use of that data by the Firm.

Google Analytics and Web Server Logging

We use Google Analytics (GA) to record statistics on use of our site. GA uses an anonymous identifier (a random number plus a timestamp) to connect individual pages views so we can more accurately count the number of unique visitors. This identifier is stored in a cookie used only by GA, not by the Firm. You can opt-out of GA cookies using your browser's cookie settings, or using an add-on from Google (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/).

As you use the site, the server software records various information automatically supplied by your web browser such as the IP address of your computer, a session cookie set by the server software and, if you clicked a link to arrive at this site, the address of the page containing the link. The same non-personal information is recorded if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Email Addresses and Contact Forms

This site provides email addresses and request forms you can use to contact us, which will transmit PII/PD to the Firm. Your use of those features will be understood to indicate your consent to the collection and use of that data by the Firm. Your name, email address, and other information you send us may be used to contact you now and in the future with messages, including information about our services, events, and developments in the law. If you would like to be deleted from any database or mailing list, or if we have recorded your information in error, please let us know so we can update our records.
